Where are your items shipped from?
Your items will be shipped from our third-party logistics partner located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

When will my order be processed?
Our warehouse is located in China, and during holidays and peak sales seasons, we allocate additional time to process your order.
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date, and we aim to ship them on the next business day following the processing day unless there are any special circumstances. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

How will my order be shipped?
All of our orders are shipped using either 4PX or DHL carriers for final delivery.

Possible reasons for shipping delays:
  1. Customs inspection at the destination airport after arrival.
  2. Lack of updated information from the local postal service during the last delivery.
  3. User's failure to provide a phone number, resulting in the loss of delivery information.

Will my order be shipped together if I ordered more than one item?
We strive to ensure that all your items arrive at your doorstep simultaneously. However, there are instances when our products may not be shipped together due to different shipping options utilized based on the nature of the products. Once the items are shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Do I need to pay customs duties and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are in USD, which means that you may be liable for customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your order.
Once your order reaches its final destination, import duties, customs tariffs, and related customs fees may be charged, as determined by your local customs office.

The payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and RISEPECT does not bear the responsibility for these payments. For more detailed information regarding charges, please contact your local customs office.

Customs and Regulations
It is your responsibility to check for any restrictions on items in the local postal regulations, as we do not assume any responsibility for any items that are not accepted in specific countries/regions.

Foreign Transaction Fees
If your credit card account uses a currency other than USD, you may be charged fees at a different exchange rate than the prices listed on our website. You may also incur foreign transaction fees. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We do not assume any responsibility for the exchange rate or any fees that may be charged by your bank or card issuer. For more detailed information regarding foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
The prices in our store are displayed in your local currency, but they are converted to USD at checkout. All transactions will be processed in USD through PayPal or Stripe on the checkout page.

Can I change the delivery address after the package has been shipped?
Unfortunately, once the product is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address. However, you can cancel the order within 60 minutes and place a new order with the correct details.

Note:
  • If a customer cancels an order more than 1 hour after placing it, the customer will be responsible for any applicable return shipping fees and any cancellation fees incurred, as PayPal charges a fee of over 4.5% of the order price. The customer will be responsible for 3%.
  • If a package is lost or unable to be retrieved due to the customer providing an incorrect address, the customer will bear the loss. ANPABO will not replace the order or provide a refund.
  • If a package is returned due to the customer's failure to collect it in a timely manner, the customer will bear the loss incurred.
