RISEPECT 30-Day 100% Refund Policy:
From the date of purchase, unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days for any reason, excluding non-refundable corporate purchase orders and customized products. If you purchased RISEPECT products through an authorized retailer, please follow the retailer's policy to return the product along with your purchase receipt. Once the returned items are received at RISEPECT's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. You can return any physical product purchased on www.risepect.com according to the following terms. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

What is Our Return Policy?
● You must apply for a return authorization with our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date.
● To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service team. Once approved, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label and further instructions to complete the return.

We Can Only Accept Returns or Exchanges for Uniforms, Clothing, Equipment, and Other Accessories Under the Following Conditions:
● Items must be in their original packaging.
● Items must be clean and free from any wear, with original tags attached.
● Items must not have been washed.

We Do Not Accept Exchanges or Returns for the Following Items:
  1. Direct sale or clearance items: All items sold at a discounted price relative to the original price.
  2. Personalized/customized products.
Any returned items that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible (i.e., items that are dirty, have the smell of cigarette smoke or cleaning agents, covered in pet dander or deodorant residue, show obvious signs of wear, etc.).

How do I Return a Product?
  1. Provide a reason for the return and include the invoice or a screenshot to confirm the order number. Send it to our customer service email address: risepect.service@gmail.com.
  2. RISEPECT support will respond within 24 business hours with the appropriate return address.
How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?
● It takes 2-5 business days to inspect all returned items. Please note that your bank may require an additional 5-10 business days to process the refund to your card.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
★ All damaged packages must be reported to our customer service team within 3 days of receipt.
★ For any packages lost in transit, we will provide a full refund or resend the products. If the tracking shows that the product has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your home for the package. If it is not found, please contact the carrier directly and provide us with the updated information.
★ Please do not discard any products or shipping materials until the issue is resolved.
★ When notifying us of a damaged package, please include the following in your message: photos/videos showing the damage, a description of the damage, and any other relevant information.

How Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
★ If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before the product is shipped. Be sure to provide your order number and the specific changes you would like to make. Once the modifications are confirmed, we will proceed accordingly. Please note that any orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be modified or canceled. If your order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel it, you can choose to refuse the product upon delivery. However, please note that the incurred shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, we will process the refund for you.
